Drevin is about 5'9" and athletically built and looks to be in his early twenties. His hair is white/grey and medium length, he has yellow eyes and a slightly tanned skin tone. On his left cheek are three scars, a reminder of a past life. Normally he wears a shinigami's kimono and captain's robe, though normally the captain's robe is tied around his waist. his zanpakuto is carried tucked into his belt on his left side.
Drevin's mind is a large inner conflict, he is torn between the animal he grew up as and the man he was raised to be. Normally he acts like he was raised to be, a gentlemen. He shows respect to everyone, including those below him in rank. As far as he in concerned he is on a first name basis with anyone who's first name he knows with the exceptions being Aizen, Gin, Yamamoto, and Byakuya. Drevin is very friendly people in general.History:
In combat or when pissed he seems to change completely. His animal-like side shows through and any respect or manners go out the window. He becomes harsh and starts calling the people who angered him and people he doesn't like by their full name...or the fullest one he knows. Despite his blunt actions and words there is a lot of he doesn't show. Often the way he acts is misleading, making people take their focus off of the real threat or not giving all the details of the situation. Ether way Drevin is very aware of his surroundings, though he doesn't show it.
As a captain Drevin is unsure and often second guessing himself. He tries to lead like the other captains but ends up ether too harsh or too nice. Because of this he tries to do most of the work himself instead of letting his squad do it.
Before he died Drevin was born a month premature as Hiro Takaki,a child with unusually high spiritual pressure and was Hiro Takaki for about three days before he died because the nurse who took care of him came to work drunk. The nurse had just broken up with her 'soul mate' and had decided to drown out her feelings with sake. She passed out while carrying him and ended up falling on top of him. Between the force and her weight most of his underdeveloped bones were broken and he died.Offense: Advanced
Drevin grew up in Rukongai's outer districts. Orphaned as a young child he grew up on the streets thinking he was an animal. As he grew older people started to treat his like a lost puppy...which only made him believe this more. During a heavy rainstorm Drevin hid in the storeroom of a house to get out of the rain. Unknown to Drevin this was one of the lesser noble houses. After curiosity got the better of him Drevin peaked his head out of the storeroom only to be caught by one of the family members. He was dragged off to be punished by the head of the house. When the head of the house saw Drevin he saw Drevin not as a street thief and a trespasser but as a young boy gone feral. He decided the personally rehabilitate Drevin.
Drevin spent the next few years of his life forced to learn how to be a member of society. He was taught the basics such as language, manners, respect, disciplined self defense,...not marking territory,etc. Eventually he developed a identity conflict between the animal that had grown up in the streets and the teen that had slowly became a noble. With this conflict Drevin eventually ran away from society until he could solve this conflict. Eventually through years of isolation and dealing with wild animals he slowly found that the two halves of himself could co-exist...though it was going to be a long road.
It was shortly after this he found his Zanpakuto and joined the shinigami academy. Drevin turned out to be a prodigy when it came combat and shunpo......but lacked in kido skill because he couldn't keep focus on them. He passed the final exams and tests but only through sheer luck. It was because of his lack of kido skill that he almost didn't pass. After becoming a soul reaper and bouncing between different squads Drevin found he fit into the third division. During his years as an unseated officer Drevin discovered his zanpakuto's name, Vajra, and therefore its shikai. With this new ability he was made the 4th seat in third division. It was here he started to respect and almost idolize The current captain, Gin Ichimaru.
Years and years later Drevin decided to find the family he had left behind. When he returned home Drevin found that his "father" he died shortly after he had run away and that his "brother" was now head of the house. Drevin's "brother" had never accepted Drevin and now that he was head of the house he expelled Drevin from the family. Orphaned once again Drevin on the only friends and family he had left...the soul society. It was at this point Aizen and the others left/betrayed the soul society. Drevin was crushed by the fact that the man he once called captain was now the enemy....and by choice too. A lot of people started to point out just how much he looked like the former captain Gin Ichimaru. Despite this he did his best to help keep 3rd division going even with its lack of captain. He was told to stay being during the attack on the fake Karakura town and when people returned afterwords with stories of what The former captains he done he grieved for the dead and did what he could to help the wounded despite the fact he didn't know healing kido.
Not wanting to be left behind again Drevin trained to the point of exhaustion in order to reach the level required for his bankai. Sadly this didn't give him the desired result in the way he had hoped. After a week or so of straight training Drevin passed out from sheer exhaustion and while he was passed out his zanpakuto spirit forced him to get over his hate for Aizen and Gin, she wasn't going to let herself be used in hate...even against them. Drevin told her about everything they had done and the people that they had hurt in cold blood but it did not change her mind. Vajra told Drevin that if he did succeed in killing Gin and Aizen in anger that is wouldn't stop with just them, and that eventually he would be no better then them. Realizing this truth he agreed not to lash out in anger and then he was forced to fight against an image of Gin. After learning to control himself and defeating Gin's image Vajra told him her full name, Junjou Vajra. Upon showing his bankai to general-captain yamamoto he took the captain proficiency test. Pushing himself that one self further allowed him to pass the test, but just like the academy....it was only just passing.

In its sealed state Drevin's zanpakuto takes the form of a Ninjato with a three foot blade. The handle is wrapped in a deep blue cloth and the tsuba is in the shape of two crescents crossing over each other. Its sheath is a simple black and about a foot longer the the sword itself to give the illusion of a longer time to draw it. On the side of the sheath the Japanese character for beast(yajuu) is inlaid in silver. Because of his zanpakutos love for sake he every so often fills the sheath with it to make her happy.Zanpakuto Spirit:
Vajra-Vajra takes the form of a beautiful middle aged woman with four arms. She has Deep blue eyes and long black hair. Vajra is dressed in a very rich looking kimono that shows off her cleavage. She wears thick strands of prayer beads around her neck and wrists as well as an unusually large set around her waist instead of a sash to hold together her kimono.Inner World:
Vajra tends to poke fun of Drevin's past by calling him things like "my pet" or "poochy boy" but in truth she has learned to respect her owner and she cares deeply for him. Vajra dislikes the changes that occur in Drevin's inner world when he is angry.
Drevin's inner world looks like a garden from a old Japanese mansion. Regardless of the time of day outside of Drevin's mind it is always night here. The garden has two large ponds that have large koy fish in them. People can stand on the water of the pond without going under, their footsteps create ripples still. When Drevin is angry the plants in the garden wither and the ponds freeze over, when he is sad heavy rains fall over the gardens, and when he is happy it is springtime and the flowers are in full bloom.Release Phrase: Burst through Vajra
Shikai Appearance:
When Drevin calls the weapon's release the sword and sheath become a pair of gauntlets. The right hand gauntlet has a pair of long blades that extends from the forearm and over the wrist. The blades are about two feet long. The left hand gauntlet has two inch claws on the fingertips. Both are black except of the blades and the claws which are silver and both cover from the elbow down.Shikai Abilities:
Drevin's shikai uses lightning based abilities as well a defensive ones. The right had gauntlet is able to generate and fire bolts of electricity that can, if the user wants, bounce from target to target as well as nearby conductors. These bolts can be charged up to increase their destructive power. The electrical bolts can be fired in quick succession with only a moderate drain to his energy, though 15 in a row will over heat the guantlet and force him stop fireing. The charged up version of these comes with a cost and power proportional to the time used to charge them, though it caps off after about a minute. A fully charged bolt will overheat the gauntlet on its own but sometimes the damage is worth it.Bankai Appearance:
Against a weaker opponent the normal bolts can do some serious damage as well as cover a wide area if enemies are grouped. However against a stronger opponent it may take a fully charged bolt to at least wound them.
The left gauntlet even thought is has claws is actually the defensive one of the two. Using the users energy it can create a barrier about three and a half feet in diameter to stop attacks. The barrier itself is created about a foot in front of the hand and is parallel to the users palm. Physical attacks that hit the barrier are shocked by any extra energy used. The energy cost of this depends on the strength of the attack the user blocks. Simple things like blocking the strike of a menos is easy and takes almost nothing to do while something larger and more powerful such as a full strength getsuga tensho would come at a much much higher toll. If the user doesn't have enough energy or doesn't use enough energy the barrier just takes what it can and then breaks...leaving the user with whatever is left. It takes about a half second to form and can be stopped if something manages to damage The users hand before it forms.
Weaker attacks come at almost no cost and are easy to block, stronger attacks on the other hand can be a Lot more draining...if they can be stopped at all.
Junjou Vajra(pure heart vajra)- Upon entering bankai the right hand gauntlet gains claws like those on the left and the left hand gauntlet gains a pair of long blades like those on the right, making both of them alike. Both gauntlets grow and cover the arms from the shoulders down. On top of this a a pair of lightning rods about three feet long and an inch in diameter attach to Drevin's back and can be used to fire large bolts of electricity over long distances in the same manner as a mortar cannon.Bankai Boost:
As usual bankai doubles Vajra's power. While the overheating problem is still in effect the user now can fire from ether hand to allow the other to cool off. The charged bolts can become a lot larger now with the increase in power and if focused will now explode on contact.Bankai Abilities:
weaker opponents would be fried by this new increase in power and stronger opponents, while they can take more, shouldn't let their guard down because even few normal bolts now can wound a person badly.
In bankai Drevin can fire more powerful bolts of electricity from from the lightning rods on his back. These are much more powerful then the arm fired lightning bolts and can envelope a large area with electricity.Sample Post:
The barriers and be formed in ether hand as well allowing Drevin to block attacks from two sides, though the drain form them works the same way. However, if Drevin uses both hands to form a barrier the energy cost required is halved. The shocking effect of the barriers is still in effect and has not changed.
---Diamond breaker:
The pinnicle of Junjou Vajra's offensive power. After fully charging both gauntlets and the lightning rods the user focuses all of the charged of lightning into the tip of the right hand blade which super heats the blade. The result is an attack that can Peirce the defenses of even opponents stronger then him.
