Appearance:

Devlin is fairly tall person standing at six foot two inches tall. He weighs about one hundred ninety pounds with a pretty muscular frame. His muscles have a lean appearance making him look weaker than he actually is. His hair is bright blue in color. It is a little longer than shoulder length and is combed back behind his head and it is wavy in appearance. His eyes are red in color and give him a angry appearance with a lot of hate. His skin is fairly tan not really pale at all.

He wears the standard arrancar uniform a white jacket, black sash, white hakama, and black and white boots that bear an opposing similarity to a Shinigami's sandals. In essence he wears the inverted uniform of the shinigami. But he also wears the Commander vest of the Zenkai. His is for the 3rd division which he runs with his twin brother. The vest is bright red in color with a lime green trim on the edges and the number 4 written in spanish on the back. Finally his zanpakuto is located on his left side.

His hollow features are as follows. His mask fragment is located on his right eye brow just above his right eye. His hollow hole is located in his lower abdomen. He also has very defined canines much bigger and sharper than would be for a human appearance.

Personality:

Devlin can usually be found hanging out with his twin and Co-commander Cain. Out of the twins Devlin is the muscle of the two. He is found to be extremely strong and fast though also not very intelligent. He is the easily angered and hot headed one of the twins and it is very easy to cause him to lose his temper especially if twin is in danger. To his subordinates he is found to be disrespectful of them and if they screw up he will not hesitate in crushing them. If it is a very simple task he will kill them.

Devlin along with his brother together have shown to be sadists. Taking pleasure from causing pain to others. Especially enemies of them and the Zenkai they work for. Along with this he prefers to fight along side his twin having him take them enemy from afar while he does a full frontal assault. Strangely different from his twin's personality he enjoys pain to himself being a kind of masochist when injured and enjoying pain more so than his twin does. He is usually found trying to intercept the enemy coming up extremely close to the point where he is directly in the enemies face. Not really defending himself from attacks unless it is completely necessary for him to survive. Range is not really his style but he is pretty good at though not as much so as his twin. Fighting together they are an almost unstoppable force in there eyes and even alone are a force to be trifled with with.

His hobbies include causing pain to others, Weight lifting, and physically based training. Causes pain to others has to do with his sadist personality. But weight lifting is something hes proud of and extremely excited often asking someone to compete with him on whose the strongest. His physical training is one of the traits that sets him apart from his twin. As he puts his body to its natural limits when ever he can trying to by pass though limits each time. Even in combat he is not satisfied with a victory if it does not cause him to be drastically tired. Though his twin prefers the long distance approach Devlin can be found up close and personal making his enemies cower under his malicious force.
