Vicky stands at five feet and one inch, and weighs one hundred-five pounds. She has milky brown hair that lengths down to the small of her back, and is worn in a wavy fashion. Her eye color is naturally green, and she has a slight tan complexion. She has a sporty complexion, but doesn't boast any visible muscles. She tends to wear a small bit of sparkly, golden eye shadow.

Her most common attire consists of a pink short sleeved shirt that lengths to a few inches short of her belly button, with the Quincy Cross on the middle. She also wears a one foot long mini skirt with pink ruffles at the edges, and a pair of furry boots. Her Quincy Cross is located around her neck, and is a Cross. She also wears three small earrings in each of her ears, and has her belly button pierced. She also always, (and I mean ALWAYS), carries a tube Mocha lip gloss that she always wears.

Personality:

Victoria is a very bubbly girl, and usually tends to 'go with the flow'. She could never be serious, even if her life depended on it. She likes to make people laugh, and laugh in general. Through her playfulness she has become a bit of a sadist in battle, preferring to play with her opponents. Though she doesn't like to be serious, she is an incredible tactician able to make strategies on the spot.

Like many of her brethren she has a strong hate for shinigami, and arrancar as they are both to blame for the death of many Quincies. In battle, as stated above, she will play with her opponents but she will also gauge their power. Her favorite activity is hollow hunting, because she considers it a game. Her biggest pet peeve is people who are loud, or arrogant. (i.e. Omaeda *twitch twitch*) She is wary of other people at first, but trusts easily over a short period of time. She is not very flirtatious, but inadvertedy dresses provocatively.

History:

Born and raised in Alaska, she lived with her parents. At the time she didn't know that they were Quincy, and they planned to tell her on her 16th birthday. She had a pretty normal childhood, played with friends, great grades, care free. She didn't see her first soul until she was eight, and she just considered her an imaginary friend. Her parents knew otherwise, and thought about telling her about the Quincy heritage earlier than her sixteenth birthday.

Her life went on normally until her 'imaginary friend' mysteriously disappeared. She looked all over, but couldn't find her. She gave up after a wekk, and tried to forget it and her. Her teenage years rolled by, and she went through her rebellious teenage years. She never wanted anything to do with her parents, snuck out and went to parties, and started to smoke. Her parents were pretty mellow about it, until she went to a party...at her house. Her parents came home and the whole house was wrecked. They finally had enough, and wanted to teach her responsibility by giving her the Quincy Cross.

They gave her the Quincy Cross, but didn't tell her how it was used. On her way to school one day, she found another 'imaginary friend'. She ditched school and they hung out at the park, but it didn't last too long. A hollow came to eat her soul, and Victoria could see it. She was scared out of her mind, and her 'imaginary friend' were almost killed. They were saved by the arrival of her parents who used their arrows to kill it.

This time she asked her parents about everything, and they told her. They told her about Shinigami, Quincy, Hollows, Arrancar, and about her powers. She refused to believe that it was possible, and they let her go so that she could absorb the information. She went out to town walking around when an arrancar comes by, and targets her. She tries to outrun it, but the arrancar uses sonido. Before she is killed, she is saved by the arrival of her parents yet again. This time, however, her father died while trying to protect her. Angry, her mother used Seele Schneider to kill it, and it worked. After seeing her father die, and touching her cross her bow formed. She was shocked and she looked toward her mother, shocked.

For the next several months she would be training in the mountais with her mother. She trained forming her bow, and firing arrows from it. She trained her Hirenkyaku to become faster, and she trained with other Quincy Items. She trained with Seele Schneider, Ginto, Hollow Bait, and formibng her reiatsu into other items. She also learned about the Sanrei Glove, and The Letzer Stil or Quincy Final Form. After a while she became a very well versed Quincy, and replaced her mom as a hollow hunter. After a year she would move to Italy, stay for five years, and then move to Japan. She is currently residing in Karaura Town.

Quincy Bow:

Her Quincy Bow is a light Teal color, and is just a simple bow made of reishi. When creating her bow, she will often touch her Quincy Cross then spin the reishi into her bow. With her training she can handle her bow for a long amount of time, but that time is reduced when actually fighting. She can fire many arrows at once, but at half power. If needed she can reduce all of their power to augment their speed.

Quincy Items:

Seele Schneider - The chainsaw like arrow, most commonly used as a sword. It absorbs the reiryoku from surrondings, and uses it to cut through opponents. She has five and carries them around her waist, hidden by her shirt. They were a present from her mother before she moved to Italy.

Gintô Tubes - Having trained with her mother, she is well versed with Gintô and carries five of them around with her.

Hollow Bait - Because of her apetite for killing hollows, she often carries around hollow bait. She only carries around one at a time.

Quincy Abilities:

Sprenger - First, she will have to align her five Seele Schneider into a pentacle. Then she will drop a small amount of Gintō water onto one of the handles of a Seele Schneider. An explosion will ensue so devestating that she will have to use Hirenkyaku to get away.

Type - Reiatsu/Explosion
Range - Inside the Pentacle so about 5 yards around.
Limitation - It takes a considerable amount of time for her to align the pentacle, and get her opponent in the pentacle. It works fast with someone on her side, but alone it takes 5 posts approx. 5 minutes.

Ransotengai - A technique mastered only by Quincy Veterans, the user connects spiritual threads to themselves allowing them to fight even when disabled. It lasts 5 posts, approx. 7 minutes.

Type - Reiatsu
Range - Self
Limitation - It can only be used once per battle and lasts 5 posts and approx. 7 minutes.

Licht Regen - The user first gathers reiatsu into their left shoulder. They then fire a mass amount of arrows at an opponent. The amount of arrows is 1,000.

Type - Reiatsu/Speed
Range - Mid to Long
Limitations - She can use this at any time during battle, but it has a 4 post (4 minute) cooldown. The arrows power is reduced, but only by 1/4.

Sample Post:

"Ohmygosh! Those shoes are so cute!" She screamed as she looked into the store's window.

She jumped up and down and ran into store. She picked up five different pairs of shoes, before buying one. It was then, while she was leaving that she noticed she didn't even buy what she came in for.

"Eh whatever," she said with an accompanied shrug.

She continued through the mall repeating the procces with purses, shirts, pants, skirts, and jackets. By the time she was leaving she had at least 8 bags of clothes. She skipped out into the cold October day. Her eyes carefully scanned out to sense for hollows. She walked to an ice cream stand, and bought an ice cone. Yes, she knew she was weird but she didn't care.

As she was sitting a guy, with his group of friends, walked up to her.

"Wow, it's hot. Oh wait it's you!" he said and his whole group said "Wooooah". She giggled, and waved her hand dismissively.

"Nah, i'm actually pretty cold, bu-," she began, but was cut off when she sensed a hollow.

She stood up, and threw her bags into a bush. She ran to where the hollow was, and touched her Quincy Cross, while spinning her hand to create her bow. When she got there she noticed that it wasn't just one hollow, but 20 or so weak hollows. She sighed and jumped onto the top of a tree.

She fired a few arrows into the air, and started laughing when they fell and killed a few hollows. The others hissed at her and rushed to attack, she giggled while dodging and firing arrows. Not even two minutes had passed before she was done.

She ran back to her bags and walked home. She considered breaking Hollow Bait to get some entertainment, but then she remembered she should show her friends her new clothes. She ran past her door, and immediately started calling her friends.
