She had finally gotten what she wanted... but at what cost?
Loly looked down to the tattoo that was now embedded upon her left wrist. Those vibrant, violet hues reflected a sincere look of regret as she sat atop the dome of Las Noches, and allowed the wind to blow her lavender strands wildly about. It was a rather pathetic sight; at least, that's how she felt it appeared. she had finally received the seat of an Espada, and with it, a strength and power to stand toe to toe with the other high-leveled Arrancar. And while she had always known deep down she felt that Menoly had held her back from taking anything that she had wanted, she couldn't help but find herself in such a pathetic state of mind. Menoly was dead; killed by Yammy... that bastard. She only wished she had remained conscious enough to see his death.
While in a general aspect, she and Menoly had remained at the same level for so long, she couldn't help but feel the desire to have her there with her as at least her Fraccion.
"It's her own fault for get'n killed," Loly summarized her thoughts as she threw her hand out, as if throwing something, though nothing existed her palm. Frustration hastily boiled her blood as she stood up with a vent-filled groan. She needed a Fraccion... she missed bossing and dragging Menoly around with her. She needed another... pet of sorts, she supposed would be the right term in her position.
'Must be nice to have three other chicks ready to die for you,' Loly brought a single finger to her chin in thoughts to the Trecera, Tia Harribel. Maybe she should get some nameless grunts of her own. Feh; they'd probably just become boring in the end...
The Espada despised just how boring Las Noches had become. Their activity as of late, mostly due to the defection of their top Espada, had caused quite the shift in power... and with little to no orders given to those above, it was quite difficult to really find anything to do...
"This sucks..."

Silent steps made it up to the stairs, as the tallest Espada slowly made his way to the top. It was just another boring day for him and he was running out of patience. Nnoitra Jiruga wasn't sure when the last drop would fall and make him explode. But he had a feeling like it wasn't going to take much longer.
His thin lips were not even smiling, as he faced the sunlight. Long raven hair was reaching down to his shoulders, making a sharp contrast with his uniform and skin. His good eye was half-lidded and certainly unimpressed, as he looked up to the blue sky. Everything about it was fake. Not that it really bothered him, but what was real lately anyway? His own death was... until he was brought back. Now Nnoitra had a big dilemma about this issue. He wasn't sure where the line of reality started and where it ended anymore. As a simple man who only believed in simple answers and solutions, why was everything becoming so complicated now?
Maybe he would never know.
His tall and large weapon was resting against his right shoulder now, Nnoitra walked ahead and finally saw the small figure he sensed before. He could almost smell strong reiatsu from miles away, though he couldn't say he was impressed. He usually wasn't impressed by women taking strong ranks in battles. It was more of he couldn't stand it. There were a few examples before, such as Nelliel and Tia Harribel. And now... who was this girl?
From the distance, Nnoitra examined her face and body. She had a small figure -though, pretty much everyone was smaller than his extremely tall self- and a slender form. Her hair held a unique colour, while her Arrancar uniform did not really cover much at all. Nnoitra could bet he had seen her before, but names were not something he was good at.
Not even trying to hide himself from sight or else, the fifth Espada kept walking toward the girl; giving a sigh at himself. "Whaddaya think you're doing here, Pet?" He asked in a mutter, his tone and choice of words rude... Though, that was no surprise. Once he was close enough to her to look down at her with a half smile, Nnoitra added in his usual cranky way.
"Lost your way or somethin'?"

>>"Whaddaya think you're doing here, Pet? Lost your way or somethin'?"<<
Loly didn't bother to turn her head to know who it was that was standing next to her. It wasn't her job to know them all, but before she had become an Espada, it was smart to know who stood on top. Quite frankly, as she did finally turn her head and faced the overly tall man with the spoon-shaped uniform, she couldn't help but arch a brow, having heard he had died during the Winter War. While normally, such a comment would turn her into furious bitch mode, she really wasn't in the mood to deal with it at the moment.
A small, thin hand moved up to guide those free strands of hair that were unable to be tied in the twin set of tails out from her field of view, subconsciously revealing the Espada tattoo on her arm. She had also learned from her experience from Yammy not to bite off more than she could chew. Menoly had already been killed due to such actions, and she really wasn't desiring an argument at the moment.
"M'not in the mood, Nnoitra," Loly announced with a rather bored expression. She knew the man was well known for his psychotic behavior and inability to allow any person that didn't have something dangling between their legs to even express a moment of strength. God, it was her first time meeting the man and already she couldn't stand his attitude. She pushed herself to stand and brushed off the nonexistent dust from her legs before turning to him a gain, frown firmly placed and her brows expressing a bit of frustration. "And it's Loly, not 'pet'. Aren't you supposed to be dead?"

Her reply proved she sure had the guts. But that wasn't going to protect her from any sudden attacks or something. The tall and thin man's one good eye was widened only a little with the surprise of how she talked to him. She was telling she wasn't in the mood... Like he cared about that.
But after a moment, he was snarling; his shoulders hanging down in a rather bored or defeated stance. "Tch... You annoy me." She only talked one sentence and she was able to achieve to get on the fifth Espada's nerves. Not that it took a lot of effort anyway. He was all the more bad-tempered lately and was getting angry at almost everything for no reason.
When the girl seemed to raise a hand to flick strands away from her face, it was the moment Nnoitra could see her tattoo for the first time. His expression completely changed with the sight; it was a mix of shock and madness. She was wearing the number of a former Espada... A rank which topped his, meaning she had to be stronger than him. Maybe he wouldn't be less cranky if it was a man. But it was not... This was insulting.
Holding his breath for a brief moment, Nnoitra's grip on his scythe was tightened; when the girl introduced herself to the tall arrancar. He then realized he had been gritting his teeth aswell. But with a sigh, he felt more relaxed and controlled. Though, having control wasn't a specialty of his. He was a man of instincts and lived up for it.
"Che. Don't expect me to remember your name. I tend to forget those easily." He said, obviously still annoyed by the fact a little girl like her held an upper rank. It was a huge slash at his manly arrancar pride... Like it was never damaged before.
Watching Loly's every movement like he was trying to solve her, Nnoitra never pried his good eye away. Loly sure knew about what happened to him. It might be a good death he went through, but now looking back at it; he couldn't see anything good. "Been there." He replied, a predatory look on his face. In this case, Loly was his prey. "Now I'm back." He couldn't really explain why, but it was how it was.

God damn, he was pissing her off. This was exactly why she had stated she wasn't in the mood to deal with his shit. While having never met him personally, she did know of his reputation and infamous personality traits. Nevertheless, being prepared for it did little to subdue her own anger from rising at this little assholes sneering, and jabbing comments. Hell, even his presence seemed to radiate that he was pissed off at her for some unknown reason; more likely than not, simply having tits. God, she hated people like that... and most of the Arrancar she had come across were just like that... then again, she had hated people for far less. Of course, her reasons were certainly above all others'. Nevertheless, she had been enjoying her solitude for the most part, until he showed up.
"I'm surprised they didn't find a replacement for ya yet," Loly bit back at his matter-of-fact comment about his fairly vague return from the dead response. Perhaps it held a bit of an antagonistic tone, though if there was, it was purely in defense of his own mannerisms, which she had started to catch out of the corner of her eye as the conversation went on. Her legs tucked in suddenly as a single arm rested on those bent, pinched together knees. "'course, with the lot of ya dying out pretty quick like that, it didn't really make the second choice for Espada look all that good. Now that we actually have some strong Arrancar as Espada, I suppose we can let in some of the 'weaker' ones back in..."
Apparently, despite her earlier statement of not being in the mood, she now wanted nothing more than to wipe that stupid smile off his face. She even went so far as to add a chuckle halfway through her last sentence, and emphasize 'weaker' rather boldly, with enough of a pause for him to catch the hint. She saw that he was the Fifth and she was the Fourth; she out ranked him, and for once, she finally had the strength to back up her words. Her experience with Yammy may have put a muzzle on her when in his presence, but if there was anyone lower ranked than her to push around, then she'll make certain they know their place.

He could see the annoyance in her expression, loud and clear. So it was mutual, they both got on each others' nerves. Though, it wasn't a hard task to get on Nnoitra's bad side. But a woman with power always rubbed him in the wrong way for sure. Especially one with such a mouth.
Her every word was aiming low, hitting him in painful ways. Literally. The idea of a replacement was a real insult to his warrior pride. Even though, he died in a way he desired; Nnoitra was not that proud of getting defeated. It made him meaningless and noone would let him live on the fact; such as this woman.
His snake alike good eye was on Loly, watching her every movement like a predator did to his prey; studying her. His large grin had became nothing but gritting teeth at the moment. The fifth Espada wasn't happy about being mocked like this. It made him desire to snap her little and slender form in one movement, teach her a lesson about how to shut that mouth up.
Being called weak was the last drop, making the taller arrancar tighten his grip around the hilt of his weapon. But his mad expression seemed to turn into something unreadable at the moment, as his one eye was closed; head bowed down like he was in agony. Nnoitra was thinking... Thinking about all the humiliation he had been through. Like it wasn't enough to get beaten by a crazy shinigami, now he was being made fun by his kin... And a woman on top of that. A woman who outranked him.
"Tch." Nnoitra gritted his teeth harder and re-opened his eyes, looking down at the small form of the fourth Espada. There was a big height gap in between them. "Why do ya want to die so badly, woman?" His scythe was now removed from his shoulder, the inner curve of the blade was being pressed against Loly's neck. Though, Nnoitra did not make any further moves. It was difficult to suppress his inner flames. He knew it would be too easy to lose control and go berserk. Control was never his specialty anyway.
Leaning down and forward to bring his face at her eye level, Nnoitra locked his good eye with hers. It was something they had in common, it seemed. Bad temper and foul mouth were other facts. "I wouldn't mind killing off a higher rank." He sneered, his face dangerously close to Loly's. "B*tch." The blade of his weapon was pressed forward only a tad without making any real attacks, he wanted to put some fear into her heart first.

It seemed her prior reasoning went out the window as the man's blade was placed against her neck. She snarled instantly and nearly hissed as her fiery hues flared toward the Espada. She? Die? God, this guy was arrogant. She never wanted so badly to sever a man's head with his own Zanpakuto as she wanted to right then and there. Then, the man's threat only added more fuel to the fire.
"You, kill me..." Loly laughed as she tilted back and brought a hand up to the blade. Her laugh stopped abruptly, however, as her anger expressed rather clearly. "Don't make me laugh."
Her wrist snapped to the bo-part and held it with an iron grip in order to prevent it from getting any closer to her neck. With that taken care off, she stood up and faced the far, far, FAR taller Arrancar. There wasn't an ounce of fear in her eyes, nor her words. Her free hand was clenched so tightly into a fist, that it was quite possible blood could have been drawn. With her jaw clenched, she parted her lips to speak; poison seeming to drip from every single word.
"Don't think for a second that you could even force me to release my Zanpakuto," Loly antagonized the man further. She overlooked the man with pure disgust as she snarled once more. "Aizen should keep a dog like you on a short leash..."
