Welcome To Your Xcution
The goal of the Xcution is simple: Grow stronger. Attain a power that will allow them all to descend upon Shinigami and dwarf their superiority so that they don't belittle the worth of Fullbringer, or their rights as living beings.
Now within the confines of Soul Society, they seek to refine their powers more thoroughly. Only so many of the previous members however still reside with Xcution, who has taken up a new course of action. However it was hard to say what for they made this change of heart, it was simply known that things have all but stayed the same.
Their lack of leadership only proves harmful to a small extent, Ginjo still taking action quicker than the others, making choices for them when he deems appropriate. It serves them best to treat each other as individuals, giving them each a sense of independence, and freedom.
