Why hello there, kind person. I see that by coming here you're interested in creating a Quincy. Quincy are a personal favorite of mine, not just because of the Vandenreich. I've loved them since we began learning about Uryu, probably just because I love Archery. In any case, let's begin this guide!
Name: Pretty self explanatory, just state what their birth name is.
Nickname(s): Again, self explanatory. Just list any and all nicknames.
Age: How old are they? Quincy are spiritual beings, but they all age. Try not to get outrageous.
Gender: Yeah. Male, Female...Both?

Character Information
Name: Pretty self explanatory, just state what their birth name is.
Nickname(s): Again, self explanatory. Just list any and all nicknames.
Age: How old are they? Quincy are spiritual beings, but they all age. Try not to get outrageous.
Gender: Yeah. Male, Female...Both?
Appearance:
Alright, so here is an important part of your application. How your character looks can affect multiple interactions that they have. As for that, I would appreciate at least 2 paragraphs on it. If you'd rather only place a picture, then I'd like you to do a list of certain important traits. For example:
- Hair Color - Black
- Eye Color - Brown
- Height - 5"2'
- Weight - 200 pounds
- Ethnicity - Oriental
- Build - Athletic

Personality:
The most important part of any application for any race of character. How does your character act? Are they nice, mean? Caring or selfish? How do they act around other races like the Shinigami? Go in depth in this section and really dig deep. What makes them tick? What do they like? And what do they dislike? Have fun with this section, don't look at it like it's a job because it shouldn't be. Perhaps add some of your individual personality to make it fly easier. Take a basic idea and expand, but be careful not to contradict yourself. Don't say they enjoy training but hate violence. That just makes no sense.
History:
Alrighty. First and foremost, this section shall be purely optional. If you'd like to develop a history for your character through plots and threads, then go right ahead. But if you DO, do a history then it should be just about...4 paragraphs. Describe their life, discovery of their Quincy powers, etc. Be aware that if you decide not to do it, you'll most likely be given a lower tier than someone who did it. Have fun with this, go into nice detail. Adolescence, teenage years, adult life, etc. If they joined the Vandenreich then include that part inside of the history.
Quincy Bow
The title name is a little misleading. In any case, this section is where you would include a name, if you have one, a Quincy Cross appearance and then a Spiritual Weapon appearance. Whether it be a bow, a sniper, a sword, etc.
Quincy Items
Here you may list up to five items that your Quincy possesses. This includes the Silver Tubes, Seele Schneider, Silberdraht, etc. Vandenreich Stern Ritter will also be allowed to include the Bankai Sealing Medallion.
Quincy Abilities
Here you may list any and all Quincy Abilities your character knows. This would include the Gintō and any original techniques that you may want as you begin applying. Be sure to use the same list coding as the one that is noted up in the appearance section. You may use a maximum of four techniques.
Quincy: Vollständig
[/center]Name:
Must be hebrew and end in -iel which means "of god"
Appearance:
You may get creative here, but somethings aren't allowed to be changed. You must keep the Vandenreich glove on, and you must have a halo in the form of the Vandenreich symbol. Aside from that, have fun!
Abilities:
There are certain perks that you can copy and paste here, but aside from that you may have a maximum of two abilities here. Don't get too overpowered now.
The Masteries
Spiritual Weaponry:
This refers to how proficient your character is with their spiritual weapon. The higher it is, the better they are with it. The higher the mastery level, the more arrows you can fire with your Heilig Pfeil. When you have it mastered, then you can fire well over 1,000 arrows from where you shoot your arrows. From a bow it'll obviously be from the strings, for something like a sword it could be the guard, the edge of the blade or something else.
Hirenkyaku:
Now this mastery refers to how proficient your character is with their Stepping equivalent. Hirenkyaku is an ability that manipulates Reishi beneath the feet of the Quincy, and allows them to then move at superhuman speeds. The higher the mastery level, the faster they are. A master can move faster than the blink of an eye and can use Hirenkyaku in ways that were never thought possible.
Quincy Items:
Now the name should pretty much explain this mastery. How well does your Quincy use the numerous Quincy Items? This includes Silver Tubes, Seele Schneider, etc. The higher the mastery, the easier they are able to use it. At the earlier ranks they can barely use them, handling them as if they had never used them before in their lives.
Quincy Abilities:
Here is the mastery for all Quincy Techniques that aren't Gintō. Blut, Ransotengai, etc. All of those fall under this category. Like the other masteries, the higher the level the easier they use it and the stronger it comes out.
Hand-to-Hand Combat:
Pretty easily understood. How strong are they with just their fists, and legs? Are they a martial artist legend or someone who can barely throw a proper swing? Hand-to-Hand can be very useful, but it could also be on the unnecessary side depending on how you build your character.
Quincy: Vollständig:
This is the level of proficiency that your Quincy has with their Vollständig. This is their equivalent of a Bankai, and is extremely powerful. However, only characters that are a part of the Vandenreich are able to use it. Usually not accepted on an initial application, but it's a case-by-case situation. If the application is good enough then it will be accepted easier.
The Mastery Levels
Beginner:
Poor pathetic fool. You aren't going to get anywhere with the wimpy skill here. You are a still learning at this point, and you basically suck with this skill. If you are in a battle, avoid using whatever skill is at beginner at all costs. And train this up you sorry excuse for a wimp.
Below Average:
Alright, now we are getting somewhere! But...not very far. You're much better than a beginner, don't get me wrong, but you're hardly talented. You can handle yourself when it comes to this skill, but you can use MUCH adjustment. Keep on trying there, bud, you're almost ok.
Intermediate:
Ah, look at you. You finally got the hang of a skill. You can stand on equal grounds with people now and dominate those who have the same skill but lower. You're at the golden level, not too strong but not too weak. Be proud of this milestone! But come now, you can keep improving!
Advanced:
Ah, do you smell that? That is the sweet smell of success. Congratulations, you made it farther than most could ever dream of making it. You jumped over many obstacles, and killed a few people. Now you are like a black belt in karate, people fear you. You could easily demolish someone with a lower mastery, and without the blink of an eye. But...there are still things for you to learn, things for you to practice.
Mastered:
Here we are, the moment of total and complete triumph. You are a 10th degree black belt, and you can even begin teaching others your amazing ways. You worked your ass off, and you were rewarded. No one can step up to you with this rank, you show them what's what. You can even begin creating your own stepping techniques here, hooray!
And that's all folks! Have fun creating that Quincy, I'd love to see it because I'll be the one grading it!
